【摘要】:ThispartofEN623concernstheuseofconventionalstylustypeinstrumentsforthemeasurementofsurfacetextureofadvancedmonolithictechnicalceramics,setsthetestmachinemeasuringparameters,andrecommendstheadoptionofcertainprecautionsandconditionsofmeasurement.NOTENon-contactopticalmethodsofsurfacetexturemeasurementemployadifferentconceptusinganarrowlaserbeam.Theinteractionofthebeamwiththesurfaceisinfluencedbytheangleofthesurfacetothebeamandthereflectivity/translucenceofthesurface.Thereflectedbeamisdetectedinanumberofwaysbasedonspotfocusorbeamdeflectionandconvertedintoaheightprofile.Resultsfromsuchatestarenotdirectlyequivalenttothoseobtainedbythestylusmethod.
