【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60870specifiesamethodofexchangingtime-criticalcontrolcentredatathroughwide-areaandlocal-areanetworksusingafullISOcompliantprotocolstack.Itcontainsprovisionsforsupportingbothcentralizedanddistributedarchitectures.Thisstandardincludestheexchangeofreal-timedataindications,controloperations,time-seriesdata,schedulingandaccountinginformation,remoteprogramcontrolandeventnotification.ThoughtheprimaryobjectiveofTASE.2istoprovidecontrolcentre(telecontrol)dataexchange,itsuseisnotrestrictedtocontrolcentredataexchange.Itmaybeappliedinanyotherdomainhavingcomparablerequirements.Examplesofsuchdomainsarepowerplants,factoryautomation,processcontrolautomation,andothers.Thisstandarddoesnotspecifyindividualimplementationsorproducts,nordoesitconstraintheimplementationofentitiesandinterfaceswithinacomputersystem.Thisstandardspecifiestheexternallyvisiblefunctionalityofimplementationstogetherwithconformancerequirementsforsuchfunctionalities.
